'52 Tele Neck

The '52 Tele Neck is our take on the iconic Tele pickup from the 1950’s. The '52 Tele neck pickup is wound with 43 AWG Plain Enamel wire that gives a smoother upper-mid range and a relaxed treble.

We use Alnico 3 magnets that were used in some early 50's Tele pickups. These provide a smooth attack to the notes, and when combined with the wind, the overtones are highlighted and a little sweeter.

The ’52 Tele Neck pickups are wound to provide hum canceling properties when used concurrently with any of our Tele Neck pickups. Learn more.
